I thought it was about time to catch up on editing photos of some of the commissions I’ve had over this summer. It’s been a real season for bespoke necklaces, it seems.
Here is a gorgeous cranberry-coloured version of my Celestial necklace. I made it with a chain than the original and I finished the chain with tiny garnet beads.
Here is a version of my stacked gemstone range – this time we have 5 stones which are in a mirrored pattern. I love the soft pastel shades that Mary chose, which are prehnite, pink opal and labradorite (so hard to make the blue flash show in photos!)
I loved this commission. Stephanie approached me to make a smaller version of my Briar Rose necklace for her daughter’s naming ceremony. Her daughter’s name is Briar Rose! I made this 14 inches in length, and used slightly smaller pearls than the original version.
Ray had bought my Fruit’s of the Forest charm bracelet for his wife last Christmas, and came back this summer to ask me to make a necklace and earrings to match, because she loves it so much! Not a very good photo on this one, unfortunately.
Three charming pearl necklaces based on Three Little Words, but with a plush plum coloured bead in the centre to go with the bridesmaid’s outfits, what a lovely idea!
And finally, a necklace version of my Atoll earrings, rather dainty, don’t you think?
I have to admit there have been a few more, but sometimes reaching for the camera, when you are heading for the door is just not possible!
