I really love the warm feel of opal beads, almost like amber. I recently discovered these what can only be described as peanut-shaped yellow opal beads, aren’t they gorgeous?

I’ve teamed them with an ornate silver chain which I have oxidized, as the black really enhances the warm buttery tones of the opal.

The beads are approximately 10x20mm long, and form these really interesting shapes when stacked together. They remind me of a beehive or something insectlike (in a good way!)

These will be available to buy in my online stores in a couple of weeks :)
