A boy, a girl and a bike – the pictures!

21st March 2014 0 Comments 11 Photos

You may remember last week I posted a little snap of a photo shoot I took part in, well now I have the pictures, and they are amazing.

Our inspiration was the 1949 Honour Blackman film ‘A Boy, A Girl and a Bike’. It’s set in Yorkshire, and is a classic tale about a love triangle, with the setting of a Yorkshire cycling club. Of course, this is the year that The Tour De France is taking place in – Yorkshire! The Grand Depart for the first time be in the north of England, in God’s own country – passing right through Hebden Bridge and up through Cragg Vale.

So fuelled with lots of ideas, a talented collection of local businesses were brought together by Chrissie of Hat Therapy, on what turned out to be a gorgeous sunny day in Hebden Bridge – with stunning results!

Below are just a few examples, please visit my portfolio for more!
