Crafts for Christmas at Hardcastle Crags

3rd November 2010 0 Comments

Come for a great day out on Friday the 5th or Saturday 6th November at the stunning Gibson Mill at Hardcastle Crags in Hebden Bridge!

I’m getting really excited! I’m busy finishing my display and making the last pieces of my jewellery. There always seems to be so much to do at the last minute, but I hope it will all come together

Crafts for Christmas, organised by the National Trust, is a great showcase of local artists in the stunning setting of Gibson mill itself.┬áIf you’re local, what better chance to see and buy local home-grown talent.

If you’re from further afield, you’ll find this a beautiful walk in the woods to the mill, buy handmade goods from the artist themselves and grab a bite to eat in the gorgeous cafe (that’s going to be very tempting for us, too!).

Why not stay on into the evening and catch the Rotary Club Firework Display at Calder Holmes Park, Hebden Bridge!

Please note that there is no cash machine for the craft fair, so bring plenty of cash for your purchases. Most higher priced items can be secured with a deposit, check with the individual artists.

I’ll look forward to seeing you there :)
