This post comes to you from gorgeous Pembrokeshire where I am half way through my family holiday. I’ve laid down my pliers and beads (ok, laid them down for a couple of the days!) and am caravanning it, enjoying the wonderful sites and sounds of the South Wales coast.

Just a brief check in today, I wanted to share some of the tiny things I have seen and enjoyed so far :)

Lily finds a dung beetle

Cut bramble stem

I love toads!

Thistle seeds, looks like an anenome, doesn’t it?
More on the big things another day!

Toni – me and you both! I'm the one grubbing about in the undergrowth looking for insects and snakes shouting 'kids, look at THIS!'

Amy, wish I lived here too! I'm getting that 'let's just move here' desire I get on every one of our holidays. Wish I could just go about in a camper….Britain is only tiny, but there is so much to see.

    Thanks Cinnamon :)

I think Lily and I may be related. I loved bugs (and frogs) as a child. Wonderful photos!! ♥toni
